Charities. After the KGE Effective Time, the Surviving Corporation currently intends to provide charitable contributions and community support within the service areas of KCPL and Western Resources and each of their respective Subsidiaries at annual levels substantially comparable to the annual levels of charitable contributions and community support provided by KCPL and Western Resources and their respective Subsidiaries within their service areas during 1994 and 1995.
