Charitable Contribution. 3.1 ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall donate the Donation to the Charity within 14 days of the date of this Agreement or as soon as practically possible after the signature the Agreement. 3.2 The Charity confirms that the Donation shall not be sold, billed, traded, charged or subject to any claim for reimbursement to any individual or company for a monetary or any other value. 3.3 The Parties acknowledge that the Donation is not contributed as a reward or inducement for past or future business.
