Charges for Usage. of Power in the Demised Premises during interior fit-outs and Lease Term and the Lease Renewal Term: a) For supply of power from Grid power (subject to availability) - As per applicable grid rates b) For supply of power from back up sources - Cost + 20% c) When power taken from Utilities company is used - Cost + 20% d) The cost of power used for common areas from any source, along with other expenditure like security, housekeeping, AMCs etc., is charged in the overall maintenance charges at Cost + 20%.
