Payment Record No scheduled payment of principal and interest under any Mortgage Loan was 30 days or more past due as of the Cut-Off Date, and no Mortgage Loan was 30 days or more delinquent in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the Cut-Off Date.
RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP; RETURN OF RECORDS All records and other data except computer programs and procedures developed to perform services required to be provided by Ultimus are the exclusive property of the Trust and all such records and data will be furnished to the Trust in appropriate form as soon as practicable after termination of this Agreement for any reason. Ultimus may at its option at any time, and shall promptly upon the Trust's demand, turn over to the Trust and cease to retain Ultimus' files, records and documents created and maintained by Ultimus pursuant to this Agreement which are no longer needed by Ultimus in the performance of its services or for its legal protection. If not so turned over to the Trust, such documents and records will be retained by Ultimus for six years from the year of creation. At the end of such six-year period, such records and documents will be turned over to the Trust unless the Trust authorizes in writing the destruction of such records and documents.
Importer of Record (This clause applies only if this Contract involves importation of Work into the United States.)
Tape-recording The Fund on behalf of itself and its Customers authorizes the Custodian to tape record any and all telephonic or other oral instructions given to the Custodian by or on behalf of the Fund, including from any Authorized Person. This authorization will remain in effect until and unless revoked by the Fund in writing. The Fund further agrees to solicit valid written or other consent from any of its employees with respect to telephone communications to the extent such consent is required by applicable law.
Review of Records Business Associate agrees to make internal practices, books, and records relating to the use and Disclosure of PHI received from, or created or received by Business Associate on behalf of Covered Entity available to Covered Entity, or at the request of Covered Entity to the Secretary, in a time and manner designated by Covered Entity or the Secretary, for purposes of the Secretary determining Covered Entity’s compliance with the HIPAA Regulations. Business Associate agrees to make copies of its HIPAA training records and HIPAA business associate agreements with agents and subcontractors available to Covered Entity at the request of Covered Entity.
Inspection of Records Upon reasonable notice to the Administrative Trustees and the Property Trustee, the records of the Trust shall be open to inspection by Securityholders during normal business hours for any purpose reasonably related to such Securityholder's interest as a Securityholder.

Maintenance of Records I agree to keep and maintain adequate and current written records of all Inventions made by me (solely or jointly with others) during the term of my employment with the Company. The records will be in the form of notes, sketches, drawings, and any other format that may be specified by the Company. The records will be available to and remain the sole property of the Company at all times.
Clearing of Record Any letter of reprimand, suspension or any other sanction will be removed from the record of an employee eighteen (18) months following the receipt of such letter, suspension or other sanction provided that such employee’s record has been discipline free for one year. All leaves of absence in excess of ten (10) calendar days will not count toward either of the above periods.
Time Records An employee must record all hours worked in each workday in a manner to be determined by the Town.
