Common use of Charge Hand Premium Clause in Contracts

Charge Hand Premium. A charge hand is an employee who is in charge of a crew of three or more; they shall be paid at the rate of thirty-five (35) cents per hour above the employee's regular rate whilst so employed. This shall apply to Maintenance Trade and Maintenance Utility classifications.
