Charge-backs and Returns. Unless otherwise specified in the Client Application, and without limiting any other rights it may have, PNP will set off (a) the amount of any charge-backs, refusals to pay and returns from any amounts otherwise owing by PNP to Client and (b) a transaction handling fee for charge-backs and non-sufficient funds (NSF) as specified in the Client Application
