Chapter Insurance Clause Samples
Chapter Insurance. CREW Network will provide Directors and Officers Liability as well as General Liability Insurance to Chapter (subject to the provisions of Section 4 below).
Chapter Insurance. The Chapter shall obtain and constantly maintain enrollment in appropriate insurance coverage for all of its activities including, without limitation, the following:
a. General liability coverage for daytoday operations;
b. Director’s and Officer’s coverage in the event the Chapter has paid staff or manages more than $50,000 in revenue per year;
c. Insurance for all events and activities including, without limitation, races, skills clinics, camps, organized trips, and group rides;
d. Hired and nonhired automobile insurance for all vehicles used in relation to Chapter events and activities; and
e. Safekids insurance (coverage for allegations of sexual abuse and molestation).
