Chapter 183A Sample Clauses
Chapter 183A. In the event that Landlord does remove all or part of the Condominium from the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 183A, the amounts payable by Tenant pursuant to this Lease shall not be greater than the amounts that would have been otherwise payable by Tenant if Landlord had not removed all or part of the Condominium from the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 183A.
Chapter 183A. The Units and Common Areas and Facilities, and the Unit Owners and Trustees, shall have the benefit of, and be subject to the provisions of Chapter 183A, in effect upon the date of execution of this Master ▇▇▇▇ and any future amendments thereto. In all respects not specified in this Master Deed or in the Bylaws, they shall be governed by the provisions of Chapter 183A in their relation to each other and to the Condominium established hereby, including, without limitation, provisions thereof with respect to removal of the Condominium premises or any portion thereof from the provisions of Chapter 183A. All terms and expressions herein used which are defined in Section 1 of Chapter 183A shall have the same meanings herein unless the context otherwise requires.
