Common use of Chapter 11 Cases Clause in Contracts

Chapter 11 Cases. As soon as practicable in advance of filing with the Bankruptcy Court, the Credit Parties shall provide to Administrative Agent and each Lender copies of all pleadings, notices, orders, agreements and all other documents served, filed or entered, as the case may be, in connection with, or in relation to, the Credit Documents or the transactions contemplated thereunder, the Plan of Reorganization, the Disclosure Statement or the Confirmation Order. Borrower shall give, on a timely basis as specified in the Interim Order or the Final Order, as applicable, all notices required to be given to all parties specified in the Interim Order or the Final Order, as applicable.
