Channelling. Ensure that all transfers of funds between the Beneficiary, Arcotronics Italia and Arcotronics Industries as well as those between the latter two companies and their respective subsidiaries, occur through current accounts held at banks belonging to the UniCredit Group.
Channelling. Each allocated country shall be responsible for channelling the frequencies allocated to it. However, in accordance with provision No. 343 of the ITU Radio Regulations, the emissions must not exceed the limits of the sub-band allocated. Within the territories under French jurisdiction, channels shall be designated in increments of 12.5 kHz. Channels shall be identified by the reference frequency of the emission in the centre of the channel.
Channelling. (a) Members may provide their food aid bilaterally, through intergovernmental or other international organisations, or non-governmental organisations.
(b) Members shall give full consideration to the advantages of directing food aid through multilateral channels, in particular the World Food Programme.
(c) In developing and implementing their food aid operations, members shall make use, whenever possible, of information and competencies available within the relevant international organisations, whether inter-governmental or non- governmental, active in the field of food aid.
(d) Members are encouraged to co-ordinate their food aid policies and activities in relation to international organisations active in the field of food aid, with a view to strengthening the coherence of food aid operations.
