Channel Sharing Rules. The parties acknowledge that after the date of (f) this Agreement, the FCC may adopt additional or modified rules and regulations with respect to the Channel Sharing Rules. From time to time, promptly following the adoption of any such additional rules, the parties shall reasonably cooperate and may (but are not required to, except as necessary to comply with applicable law) amend, modify or restate this Agreement to take into account such changes in FCC rules and regulations.
