Common use of Channel Partners Clause in Contracts

Channel Partners. Partner may distribute Integrated Product through Channel Partners. Partner will contractually require that each Channel Partner does not: (a) modify Integrated Product; (b) use Integrated Product to provide services; or

Channel Partners. Partner may distribute Integrated Product Products through Channel Partners. Partner will contractually require ensure that each Channel Partner does not: (a) modify the Integrated ProductProducts; (b) use the Integrated Product Products to provide services; oror (c) integrate the Integrated Products with any other products or services or otherwise itself license the Integrated Products as an OEM or VAR. Partner must enter into written agreements with Channel Partners containing restrictions substantially similar to those set forth in this Section 4. Partner is responsible for its Channel Partners’ compliance with such restrictions.
