Changes to Your position. If Your position, duties or reporting structure change, this agreement will continue to apply to Your employment unless You and the Company:
(a) enter a new written employment agreement; or
(b) vary this agreement in writing.
Changes to Your position. If your position or the details of your appointment change during your employment, this Agreement continues to apply unless you and IOOF:
(a) enter a new written employment agreement; or
(b) vary this Agreement in writing pursuant to clause 22.2.
5.1 Duties you must perform
5.1.1 perform to the best of your abilities and knowledge the duties assigned to you from time to time, which may include duties for the benefit of Your Employer or any Group Company. The duties initially assigned include those listed in your position description;
5.1.2 devote your whole time and attention to the duties assigned to you during normal business hours and any additional hours necessary for the performance of those duties;
5.1.3 use all reasonable efforts to promote the interests of Your Employer and any Group Company;
5.1.4 promptly inform Your Employer of:
(a) any matter connected with your employment which comes to your notice that may be regarded as material and relevant to Your Employer or a Group Company; and
(b) any facts, information or circumstances (including concepts or ideas) which may be of use to further the interests of Your Employer and any Group Company;
5.1.5 disclose to Your Employer any facts, information or circumstances (including concepts or ideas) which may give rise to a conflict between your interests and the interests of Your Employer or a Group Company;
5.1.6 immediately disclose to Your Employer any matter which renders or may render you unable to perform some or all of your duties under this Agreement;
5.1.7 immediately disclose to Your Employer any actual or potential breach of this Agreement;
5.1.8 become familiar with and comply with all values and policies of Your Employer in place or as varied or replaced (including policies relating to any employment benefit provided to you) that are intended to apply to you and have been provided or made available to you. The terms of these policies, including Your Employer’s Code of Conduct and values are not incorporated as terms of this Agreement and are not intended to create any legally enforceable rights on your part, but you must abide by them because they are lawful and reasonable directions of Your Employer;
5.1.9 annually complete Your Employer’s mandatory online learning modules and any other learning activities required by Your Employer;
5.1.10 immediately disclose to Your Employer any actual or potential misconduct (including actual or potential breach of any laws) by any other employee of Yo...
