Common use of Changes to Workshop Clause in Contracts

Changes to Workshop. Therapure, at its own expense, may make commercially reasonable changes to the Workshop without the prior consent of Insmed, provided that such changes (i) do not adversely affect Therapure’s ability to Manufacture or release ARIKACE; (ii) do not negatively affect the condition or maintenance of the Equipment; and (iii) comply with all applicable Laws relating to the Manufacture or release of ARIKACE.
