Changes to the API. We may change or update the API from time to time, in our sole discretion. Such changes or updates may alter the functionality of the API.
Changes to the API. Supplier may require Buyer to install or update additional software to continue using the API. Buyer acknowledges that Supplier may modify or update the API from time to time at its sole discretion. Buyer shall Use the most current version of the API and make any required changes to its own applications as a result of such updates. Supplier will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify Buyer at least 30 days in advance when a change may reasonably impair the API Services or significantly and negatively affect Buyer Application.
