Changes to Service or Features. Company reserves the right to change any of the features, Content or applications of the Service at any time with or without notice to you. This includes the portal services we may make available as part of the Service or for an additional charge. Company also may change your IP address, either static or dynamic, at any time. If Company changes your static IP address, Company will make reasonable efforts to provide you with prior notice of the change.
