Common use of Changes to Nominations Clause in Contracts

Changes to Nominations. Coffeyville shall notify Vitol promptly upon learning of any material change in any previously provided projections or if it is necessary to reschedule any pipeline nominations confirmed by the applicable Terminal Operator. Vitol shall schedule any changes in nominations through the applicable Terminal Operator, as necessary, and all costs associated therewith shall be for Coffeyville’s account, including any costs associated with resetting the applicable WTI Contracts to reflect such changes to the nominated volumes.
