CHANGES TO MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT. 17.1. Any non-material changes to this Master Services Agreement may be made by ClearContract with 30 days’ notice on ClearContract’s website. 17.2. Any material changes to this Master Services Agreement may be made by ClearContract with 30 days’ notice to the Customer. 17.3. If the Customer cannot accept changes made to this Master Services Agreement, the Customer must give written notice to ClearContract before the end of the 30 days’ period. If the Customer gives written notice, within the period, that the changes cannot be accepted, ClearContract has the right to choose freely between continuing to provide the Service on the original Master Services Agreement or to terminate the Agreement with the Customer. 17.5.
