Changes to legislation. 9.1 In the event of a change to any applicable law or regulation affecting the Services, Dayforce may make changes to the Agreement as are reasonably necessary to address such changes, with thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to Client. If, upon notification of the change, Client elects not to continue the Services, then notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, Client may terminate the Agreement upon thirty (30) days’ prior written notice without penalty or cancellation fees.
