Changes to Functionality or Performance. In the event that Customer desires to change the functionality or performance of the Product (either before or after delivery of Prototypes) and receive new Prototypes prior to Release to Production, Customer and Open-Silicon will develop a new mutually agreed upon SOW or will amend the existing SOW, in accordance with the ECO Process set forth in Section 2.1.
