Rasier Pacific reserves the right to change the Fare Calculation at any time in Rasier Pacific’s discretion based upon local market factors, and Rasier Pacific will provide you with notice in the event of such change that would result in a change in the recommended Fare. Continued use of the Uber Services after any such change in the Fare Calculation shall constitute your consent to such change
