Changes to Dimensions Sample Clauses

Changes to Dimensions. The Scope of Work, Specifications and Drawings represent generally the forms, dimensions and description of the Works. The Contractor shall be deemed to have allowed in the rates and prices set out in the Schedule of Rates for minor changes required to be made to the Specifications or Drawings caused by normal variations in the materials and conditions encountered below the ground. Any such changes shall be directed by the Company’s Representative.
