Common use of Changes to CD’s Clause in Contracts

Changes to CD’s. If there are any changes in the Leasehold Improvements or the CD’s from the work or improvements shown in the CD’s as approved by Landlord, each such change must receive the prior written approval of Landlord, and, in the event of any such approved change in the CD’s, Tenant shall, upon completion of the Leasehold Improvements, furnish Landlord with an accurate “as built” plan of the Leasehold Improvements as constructed (hard copy and AutoCAD), which plan shall be incorporated into this Exhibit by this reference for all intents and purposes.
