Changes to Business. The member shall advise Servus Credit Union in writing of any material changes to the ownership or structure of its business. The member shall advise Servus Credit Union in writing of any changes to the trade names or divisions through which the business operates.
Changes to Business. Dealer will not sell, exchange, transfer or otherwise dispose of its properties, assets, operations or products except in the ordinary course of business, nor shall Dealer consolidate with or merge its business into any other without the prior written notice to BFC. Dealer shall notify BFC in writing of any such activity at least sixty (60) days in advance of said change. Dealer may not assign its rights or duties hereunder without the prior written consent of BFC. BFC may assign this Agreement to any third party with notice to Dealer.

The Guarantor shall procure that no substantial change is made to the general nature of the business of the Guarantor or the Group from that carried on at the date of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, this does not include any new insurance and reinsurance businesses, or exiting a line of business, by any Regulated Insurance Company in the ordinary course of its business.
