Changes Requiring Written Addendum. Except as provided in Subsection B. of this Section, any changes to this Lease, except for rent changes as provided in Section 8 of this Lease (“RENT DETERMINATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS”) will be made by a written addendum, dated and signed by both Tenant and Authority.
