Changes Required by Surescripts. If Surescripts makes any addition or modification to the Surescripts network that is not required to comply with Applicable Law, Licensee shall adopt any and all corresponding additions and modifications required as a result of the change to the Surescripts Services within: (i) six (6) months after the date of Surescripts / CureMD’s sending of written notice of such change to the Licensee or (ii) such later date as specified by Surescripts.
