CHANGES OR MODIFICATION. In the event that either party desires to change any provisions of this Agreement, it shall give written notice of such desire by certified mail to the other party not more than ninety (90) days nor less than sixty (60) days in advance of the anniversary date of May 13, 2022. The giving of notice, as provided above shall constitute an obligation upon both parties to negotiate in good faith all questions at issue with the intent of reaching a written agreement prior to the anniversary date.
CHANGES OR MODIFICATION. No change or modification of this agreement shall be valid unless the same be in writing and signed by all the parties hereto.
