Common use of CHANGES OR EXTRAS Clause in Contracts

CHANGES OR EXTRAS. UTC Power will perform changes, modifications, additions, deletions or extras to the Services if agreed to in a writing signed by both Parties that contains the new scope of services and an adjustment to the Contract Price. Services or parts requested by the Customer in addition to those Services specified in this Agreement will be provided upon receipt of the Customer’s written authorization and invoiced at UTC Power’s prevailing labor rates and parts charges. Such additional services or parts shall be supplied under the terms of this Agreement.
