CHANGES IN VALUES AND AUTOMATIC ADDITIONS. Automatic coverage shall apply at no additional premium to any: (a) increases in insured values at existing insured locations following a revaluation of insured property at such locations and/or due to any construction and/or renovation work at such locations; (b) additional property and/or interest of the type already insured by this Contract which may be acquired or otherwise become at the risk of the Insured during the Period;
