CHANGES IN THE RFP Sample Clauses

The "CHANGES IN THE RFP" clause defines the process by which modifications to the Request for Proposal (RFP) are communicated and implemented. Typically, this clause allows the issuing party to amend, clarify, or update the RFP documents at any stage before the submission deadline, often through formal addenda or written notices to all prospective bidders. Its core function is to ensure that all participants have access to the same, most current information, thereby maintaining fairness and transparency in the bidding process and reducing the risk of misunderstandings or disputes arising from outdated or inconsistent requirements.
