Changes in the Commitments Clause Samples

The "Changes in the Commitments" clause defines the process and conditions under which the parties to an agreement may alter the amount, terms, or nature of their contractual commitments. Its core practical function is to provide a clear and agreed-upon mechanism for adapting the contract to changing circumstances, thereby reducing uncertainty and minimizing disputes over how changes should be handled.
