Changes in Terms The terms and conditions of this Agreement, including any fees, and features of your Account or Card may be amended or revised at any time by posting a revised version posted on our website at ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ and any such revisions or changes shall be effective upon posting. We will give you advance notice if we are required by applicable law. We may provide such notice to you with your statement, electronically, or by mail. Any notice we provide to you will be binding and sent to the last (postal or electronic) address in our records. We may change your address if we receive an address change notice from the U.S. Postal Service. We may change or terminate this Agreement without notice at our discretion or to comply with any appropriate federal or state law or regulation. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, you may determine to cease use of or close your Account or Card if you do not agree with any change or revision to this Agreement prior to the effective date of such revision. Any continued use of your Account or Card is presumed your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by revisions to this Agreement.
Changes in Agreement Any changes deemed necessary in this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement at any time during the existence of this Agreement.
Changes by us 2.1 We may vary any details of this agreement or a direct debit request at any time by giving you at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice.
Attachments, inconsistencies and severability This Consortium Agreement consists of this core text and Attachment 1 (Background included) Attachment 2 (Accession document) Attachment 3 (List of Third Parties for simplified transfer according to Section 8.2.2) Attachment 4 (Identified Affiliated Entities) In case the terms of this Consortium Agreement are in conflict with the terms of the Grant Agreement, the terms of the latter shall prevail. In case of conflicts between the attachments and the core text of this Consortium Agreement, the latter shall prevail. Should any provision of this Consortium Agreement become invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Consortium Agreement. In such a case, the Parties concerned shall be entitled to request that a valid and practicable provision be negotiated which fulfils the purpose of the original provision.
Alterations and Attachments Student and Parent may not make any alterations in or add attachments, hardware, or software to the mobile device computer absent express permission from M-DCPS, which permission is at the sole option of M-DCPS.
