Common use of Changes in Structure Clause in Contracts

Changes in Structure. Except for supplemental issuance of Omega's authorized common and preferred stock and as otherwise expressly permitted under Sections 8.10 and 8.15, make any changes in the equity capital structure of any Borrower, or amend its certificate of incorporation or by-laws in a manner which would be reasonably likely to cause a Material Adverse Effect.
