Changes in Scheduling Protocol. This Agreement is based on the best knowledge available to the Parties at the time of negotiations. The Parties recognize that electric system conditions may change and that the scheduling protocols may need modification in order for the benefits of DR to be fully utilized. The Parties agree to meet to discuss amendments to the Agreement to accommodate such changes. The provisions of this article, however, shall not be construed to modify the provisions of Article 2.3.
