Changes in Name, etc. Such Grantor will not, except upon 15 days’ prior written notice to the Collateral Trustee and delivery to the Collateral Trustee of all duly authorized, and where required, additional executed financing statements and other documents reasonably requested by the Collateral Trustee to maintain the validity, perfection and priority of the security interests provided for herein: (a) change its jurisdiction of organization; or (b) change its name, identity, corporate structure or chief executive office.
