Changes in Name, Company Structure or Location. (a) During the term of this Agreement, neither the Transferor nor the Retention Holder shall change its name, organizational structure, existence, state of formation or location without first giving at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the Trustee and the Collateral Manager.
