Changes in Material or Process. Upon confirmation of this order SUPPLIER agrees not to change the raw material makeup, the specification, or manufacturing process for parts supplied to BUYER without first requesting permission. Should a request be made, it must be in writing, and include supporting documentation and reason for the change.
