CHANGES IN LEGISLATION, ETC. The Partners may review the operation of the Arrangements and all or any procedures or requirements of this Agreement on the coming into force of any relevant statutory or other legislation or guidance affecting the Arrangements so as to ensure that the Arrangements comply with such legislation. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.
