Common use of Changes in Law Clause in Contracts

Changes in Law. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, in the event of a change in Applicable Law or any final un-appealable order of any competent court or tribunal which would have a material effect on either of the Parties, the Company reserves its rights to amend this Agreement or execute a new Agreement which shall thereafter be effective from the effective date of the change in the relevant Applicable Law.
