Changes in Law Affecting Performance. Each party hereby agrees to immediately provide notice to the other of any change in law, or any other legal development, which may significantly affect its ability to perform its obligations in accordance with the provisions of this Contract. Each party shall monitor changes in federal and state laws, ordinances, and regulations applicable to its performance hereunder, and will be deemed aware of such changes within thirty (30) Calendar Days of the enactment of any such change.
