Common use of Changes in Form of Purchase Warrant Clause in Contracts

Changes in Form of Purchase Warrant. This form of Purchase Warrant need not be changed because of any change pursuant to this Section 6.1, and any warrants issued after such change, in exchange or replacement of this Purchase Warrant may state the same Exercise Price and the same number of shares of Common Stock as are stated in the Purchase Warrant initially issued pursuant to this Purchase Warrant. The acceptance by any Holder of the issuance of a new warrant reflecting a required or permissive change shall not be deemed to waive any rights to an adjustment occurring after the date hereof or the computation thereof.
