Common use of Changes in Fee Schedules Clause in Contracts

Changes in Fee Schedules. 6.6.4.1. We shall give Written Notice to your Notice Contact pursuant to N.C.G.S. §§ 00-00-000 through 00-00-000 or successor thereto of a proposed change to the terms of this Agreement, including terms incorporated by reference, that modifies the Fee Schedule and that is not a change required by federal or State law, rule, regulation, administrative hearing, or court order (“Proposed Change to a Fee Schedule”). The Proposed Change to a Fee Schedule shall be dated, labeled "Amendment," signed by us, and include an effective date for the Proposed Change to a Fee Schedule. The effective date shall be at least sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of the Proposed Change to a Fee Schedule, or greater if otherwise required by this Agreement.
