Changes in DEALER Services. In the normal course of business, DEALER may modify the DEALER Services and/or the DEALER System for reasons including changes in Regulatory Requirements, changes in product and service offerings, changes in communications and computer industry products and standards, and new equipment or system software offerings by DEALER suppliers. DEALER may, at any time, discontinue any of the DEALER Services upon providing CUSTOMER fifteen (15) days’ prior notice. DEALER may discontinue any of the DEALER Services immediately upon the imposition of any regulatory, legislative, or judicial determination that the DEALER Services violate any applicable law or regulation or in the event that any Third Party Services or software are no longer available.
