Common use of Changes in Currency Clause in Contracts

Changes in Currency. If a change in any currency of a country occurs, the Borrowers agree to negotiate promptly and in good faith an amendment to this Agreement that effectuates those modifications the Administrative Agent (acting reasonably and in consultation with the Company) specifies to be necessary to reflect the change in currency and to put the parties hereto in the same position, as far as possible, that they would have been in if no change in currency had occurred; PROVIDED that any such amendments will not adversely affect the Lenders.
