Common use of Changes in Contractor Representation Clause in Contracts

Changes in Contractor Representation. The Contractor must, within ten (10) calendar days, notify the Lead State in writing of any changes in the Contractor’s key administrative personnel managing the Master Agreement. The Lead State reserves the right to approve or reject changes in key personnel, as identified in the Contractor’s proposal.
