Changes in Classifications. ‌‌ When the duties or volume of work in any classification are changed or increased, or where the Union and/or an employee feels that he is unfairly or incorrectly classified, or when any position not covered by Schedule "A" is established during the terms of this Agreement, the rate of pay shall be subject to negotiations between the Employer and the Union.
