Common use of Changes in Charges Clause in Contracts

Changes in Charges. Clearview shall inform Resident in writing at least sixty (60) prior to an increase in the basic daily rate or the charges for additional items and services. Resident’s failure to terminate this Agreement within thirty (30) days after receipt of a rate increase notice constitutes consent to continue this Agreement under the new rates.
