Common use of Changes in 10 and 12 Month Schedules Clause in Contracts

Changes in 10 and 12 Month Schedules. If the Employer changes a 10 month position to a 12 month position or vice versa, the incumbent will first be offered the changed position. If they she/he refuses, the position will be offered to other employees in the same position in order of seniority. If all refuse, the most junior employee in the position will be required to take the position and the incumbent will be transferred to that employee's job.
