Common use of Changes for Clarification Clause in Contracts

Changes for Clarification. Subject to applicable Bermuda law and regulation, without the consent of the holders of the Series F Preferred Shares, so long as such action does not affect the special rights, preferences, privileges and voting powers, and limitations and restrictions, of the Series F Preferred Shares taken as a whole, the Company may amend, restate, alter, supplement, modify or repeal any terms of the Series F Preferred Shares: (i) to cure any ambiguity, or to cure, correct or supplement any provision contained in this Certificate of Designations that may be defective or inconsistent; or (ii) to make any provision with respect to matters or questions arising with respect to the Series F Preferred Shares that is not inconsistent with the provisions of this Certificate of Designations.
