Changes by the Operator. 12.1.1 The Client acknowledges and agrees, and confirms that the Passengers acknowledge and agree, that all information regarding the Charter Mission and the Flight(s) which is provided in the Documents may be changed at any time by the Operator (in particular at the time of issuance of any new Flight Briefing by SPJ), without SPJ or the Operator incurring any obligation or liability to the Client or the Passengers.
